I'm Sally Drake, a USAT Level II and IRONMAN U Certified Triathlon Coach offering fully customized coaching for athletes of all levels. Whether you're brand new to the sport, training for your next big race, or chasing a Worlds qualification, I’ll meet you where you are—and help you go further.
I specialize in both triathlon and general fitness coaching, with most of my services delivered online for maximum flexibility. Every plan is 100% tailored to you, your goals, your lifestyle, and your schedule. No cookie-cutter programs—just focused, individualized support to help you perform your best and feel your strongest.

  • I provide your workouts and notes in Training Peaks software (cost included in all plans).
  • We will meet for assessments in person or video depending on your location.
  • Meetings are on Zoom or in person depending on the your choice of coaching level.
  • Specialties and passions: fueling and daily nutrition, endurance racing, strength training, and meditation / mental strategies.

Athletes are provided with workout details and log workout data and comments on Training Peaks software. Clients benefit from regular contact with their coach through Training Peaks, at organized group training sessions, and at regular one-on-one meetings. Coaching services range from frequent communication and data analysis with your coach, to a basic plan to follow with an invitation to group training.
