Personalized Run Coaching
Whether you're building up to your first 5K or chasing a new PR, our coaching is tailored to fit your lifestyle, goals, and experience level.
Workouts are delivered weekly through your choice of TrainingPeaks or RunDot, depending on what works best for you. You’ll log your training, share feedback, and stay connected with your coach every step of the way.
What’s Included:
  • Ongoing communication via text and your coaching platform
  • Initial run assessment + running form and strength form workshop (based on experience and needs)
  • One-on-one Zoom check-ins (in-person option available)
From detailed data-driven coaching to simple, easy-to-follow plans, we offer flexible levels of support to match your goals. All programs are customized with options for form analysis, strength recommendations, and flexible scheduling.
 
Run Coaching starts at $150/month and ranges up to $250/month depending on your preferred level of communication and support.
